You Are Your Own Champion: The game plan for success
Personal and professional success comes from using coaches, recruiting great teammates, developing a game plan, rebounding when adversity strikes, and believing in self-worth. This interactive program inspires audiences to become the best possible version of themselves, no matter the challenge. It gives them tools they need to stay off the bench and in control of the game, throughout their lives.

Originally designed as a college orientation speech, You Are Your Own Champion has also become the game plan for corporate success. To be a great student or a great employee, you must first become your own champion. Included: a ‘mini-buk’ of the process.

Define Yourself: For girls only
A keynote that focuses on the “drama” teenage girls face in school. The pressure on young women to “fit in” has never been greater than it is today. Girls shouldn’t define themselves by what other people say about them, by the boys they’re dating, or by the size of their jeans. Our young women must recognize their unique gifts and take charge of their lives, especially in the face of adversity. This speech helps them become champions of their lives.

Rebound: Recovering from adversity
Whether it’s a sexual assault or an eating disorder or domestic violence, sometimes adversity hits us so hard that we find ourselves surviving instead of thriving in life. This speech is designed for those who have felt like victims. It’s a heartfelt look at the challenges of moving forward after life has been unusually unfair.  A victim is something you might have been; it’s not something you need to be moving forward.  Rebound is a prescription for living a great life in the face of life changing adversity.

A two to four hour workshop that helps participants design a roadmap for their future.  It helps define the Dreams, Vision, and Values we need to connect us to our potential.  It empowers participants to open doors and move forward in life with passion.

Chasing Feedback
Feedback is information.  It tells us what we look like from someone else’s point of view.  We need feedback if we want to reach our potential but we avoid constructive feedback like the plague.  This two hour workshop teaches participants how to chase feedback and what to do when they don’t like what they hear.
